County Executive Jim Smith and Councilman Johnny O are pictured with developers Michael Kohen and Jack Jacob who recently announced the opening of the New Dundalk Village Center on October 23, 2007. 
Attendees were taken on a tour of the renovation project of the apartments above the Retail complex. The apartments hope to attract young professionals seeking reasonably priced units within a short commute to downtown.
